Programs
The SA Foundation is the best women empowerment organization that believes in a life-long training philosophy that focuses on accelerating the learning curve of women across development sectors for their holistic development.
Many professional training programmes which related to immediate improvement in the learning curve of a trainee and allow individuals or a group of individuals to strengthen their skills for long-term development.
We are one of the best organizations known for various skill development programmes for women and key stakeholders for integrated and all-around development.
On-demand courses, new processes, capacities, and interests of different age groups are piloted in our center. Placement is the key to professional skill development courses. We only opt for those courses which are in demand. We strive to reach women in even the most remote areas, providing them with the tools and resources they need to unlock their full potential.
Below are a few points on which we are more focused:
Skill India mission was launched in July 2015 by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and since then it has transformed the lives of over 35.36 lakh women by empowering them for better and secured livelihood through skill training. Since then lakhs of women underwent skill-based training and have improved their lives.
We began with our Professional Skill based training program in 2020 under which we have launched a few programmes:

- Basic oral and written English
- Life skills and leadership skills integrated into all our training sessions
- Mental health training
- Network with placement agencies/government departments/private companies/others to facilitate employment.
- Conduct a job profile survey and match the job trend to generate employability.
